Booking a Party

Thank you for your interest in booking a party here at Chestnut Run! We want you and your guests to have an enjoyable and safe experience during your party, so we have established the following guidelines:

To book a party please complete a booking form. To obtain this form please email events@chestnutrunswimclub and a form can be sent via email.

A non-refundable $50.00 deposit will be required to reserve your date and time. This deposit will be applied towards your party.

Guests are defined as any children and adults attending the party. The fee covers guest fees for non-members and an extra lifeguard to ensure safety and assist non-members with swim tests.

All Parties are booked in 3-hour increments. Upon completion of the party , all regular member/guest rules will apply. Any guest staying after the party must be signed in and paid for as a guest.

The party host is responsible for set-up and clean-up of the party. Please be sure to leave the party are in the same way you found it.

When your party begins all attendees must go to the lifeguard. At this time the lifeguard will go over the rules of the pool and determine which attendees will require a swim test. Please note any young children using the baby pool area must be supervised by an adult. Likewise, any child that has not taken the swim test may not be in the main pool unless an adult is in the pool to supervise that child. As the party host, you are responsible for your attendees.

One week before the party date we require a list of all party attendees. This list should indicate member/non-member. At this time the remainder of party fees will be due.

The fee schedule is as follows: Up to 15 guests $100.00, 16-25 guests $125.00, 26-40 guests $150.00, 41-60 guests $200.00 (maximum party size being 60 guests).
